Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time temporary Technical Support Specialist will provide break/fix support for photo finishing equipment remotely, troubleshooting mechanical and software issues while ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound communication and monitor emails to provide break/fix support for photo finishing equipment nationwide
- Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues remotely using tools such as NetOps, VNC, and TeamViewer
- Guide customers through software navigation and operational procedures via remote sessions while assisting with part identification and installation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., NetOps, VNC, TeamViewer)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and software troubleshooting principles
- Familiarity with photo finishing equipment or related technology is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize proactive outreach to reduce equipment downtime
- Detail-oriented and capable of providing clear, step-by-step guidance to customers
