Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist II to provide support for Clinical Chemistry testing platforms and assays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical solutions for assay and instrument-related issues via telecommunication and other technologies
- Lead troubleshooting management for laboratory instrumentation using defined methodologies
- Identify root causes of customer-reported issues and deliver appropriate solutions while supporting continuous quality improvement
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Technical and professional knowledge of systems and solutions, with MS Office competency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Less than 10% travel required
