Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

To support strategic business goals, the full-time salaried Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines and enhancing the candidate experience in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including researching, prospecting, and screening candidates across all teams
• Ensure a human-focused candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding using ATS and HRIS tools
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to centralize talent acquisition and unify hiring practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Greenhouse, or BambooHR
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure hiring metrics and improve processes
• Familiarity with employment law and hiring best practices in Canada
