Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles within federal government contracting, focusing on building relationships with hiring managers and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and support process improvements within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years of technical recruiting experience in the federal government contracting space
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as DevSecOps, software development, and cloud engineering
- Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices in a high-growth environment
- Knowledge of federal government contracting and security clearance processes preferred
