Job Summary

To support a growing tech-focused team, the full-time Technical Talent Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and design roles, focusing on sourcing and engaging candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own searches from sourcing to closing, managing the recruitment process autonomously
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies
• Assess candidates for technical skills and collaborate with hiring managers on role definitions

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for early-stage and scaling startups
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment in technical fields such as developer tools or AI/ML
• Strong sourcing skills with a genuine passion for engineering and design hiring
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Comfortable engaging with candidates across different time zones
