Technical Team Lead - CICS

Job Summary

Coordinating a team of technical specialists, the full-time remote Technical Team Lead - CICS will manage work requests, assign tasks based on skill and availability, and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions while monitoring project progress and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with management to review active and planned work efforts, assembling qualified teams to support approved projects
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and conduct status meetings to ensure adequate resource allocation
• Maintain a resource plan and report project milestones and progress to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associates degree plus 2 years of experience or 9 years total experience)
• 5 years of information systems experience
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of system analysis concepts
• Familiarity with resource planning and organizational impacts
• Basic knowledge of development environments, database systems, and applicable programming languages
