Job Summary
Supporting impactful projects for the State of South Carolina, the fully remote Technical Trainer - Consultant - Technical Writer will collaborate with professionals to develop user-friendly documentation and training materials over a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical staff to capture project objectives and create high-quality deliverables
- Recommend and produce effective project documentation and training artifacts
- Manage and maintain project documentation using SharePoint and other repositories
Required qualifications
- Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Current residency in South Carolina or Georgia
