Technical Training Content Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing training initiative, the full-time Technical Training Content Developer will create and maintain technical learning content, deliver customized training sessions, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and update technical training content to ensure accuracy and relevance with platform releases
• Deliver virtual and in-person training tailored to enterprise merchants and agency partners
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to translate platform changes into engaging learning materials

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or product training
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices, including frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js
• Experience with eCommerce tools, including SaaS and open-source storefronts
• Strong technical foundation, comfortable with APIs and front-end development tools (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
