Job Summary
Supporting documentation activities within a cloud and IT environment, the full-time Technical Writer will develop, organize, maintain, and update technical documentation while collaborating with technical teams and subject matter experts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, maintain, and organize technical documentation for cloud projects and processes
- Collaborate with cloud engineers and other experts to gather and document technical information
- Develop and maintain documentation for security, compliance, incident management, and cloud migration activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT or cloud-related environments
- Experience in developing technical documentation
- Technical aptitude for cloud-based solutions
