To support a scaling organization, the full-time remote Technical Writer I will create and maintain product and internal process documentation, utilizing AI tools for drafting and editing while ensuring content accuracy and clarity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and creating product and internal process documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure clarity in technical content
- Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and user-friendliness
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools in writing or editing workflows
- Ability to provide samples of previous work
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
