Job Summary

To support the documentation team, the full-time Technical Writer will write and maintain conceptual, how-to, and reference documentation for the vCluster Platform while verifying procedures by standing up tenant clusters remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain documentation for vCluster and related concepts, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Verify procedures by standing up tenant clusters, capturing screenshots, and confirming CLI output before publication
• Collaborate with engineers to address documentation gaps and contribute to product information architecture

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of technical writing experience with a strong portfolio of documentation
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals and proficiency in using terminal commands like kubectl and helm
• Familiarity with ticket tracking systems and automated documentation workflows
• Experience using AI tools in writing workflows for drafting and verifying documentation
• Prior experience in container orchestration or infrastructure tooling is a plus
