Technical Writer

Job Summary

To support core banking products, the hybrid Technical Writer will create, maintain, and deliver high-quality technical documentation, collaborating with product managers and software development teams to ensure content accuracy and user-friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and release notes for banking products
• Review product enhancements to identify necessary documentation updates and ensure accuracy
• Manage multiple documentation deliverables while meeting established release schedules and project milestones

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Writer creating software or technical documentation
• Knowledge of core banking systems or financial services applications
• Experience collaborating with software development teams and subject matter experts
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Jira and Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
