Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Writer IV will develop and maintain end-user documentation, lead software release deliverables, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and effective user content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user documentation, including online help and user guides
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to refine user-facing content
- Coordinate software release documentation and participate in peer review processes
Required qualifications

- 6 - 8+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field
