Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term basis, the Technical Writer will draft and manage agreements such as MOUs and vendor contracts while coordinating with various client teams to ensure compliance and maintain organized documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements in collaboration with client business leads
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement teams to address issues and ensure compliance with agreements
• Develop and maintain an organized repository of client agreements and related documentation

Required qualifications

• 7 years of extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts
• 5 years of familiarity with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector
• 5 years of experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint
• 5 years of familiarity with health IT programs and services related to interoperability and health information exchange
• 3 years of familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes
