Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Technical Writer will manage the accuracy of technical and product documentation, optimize integration guides, and maintain changelogs while collaborating with product owners and engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated documentation for technical accuracy related to Solutions
- Optimize integration guides and tutorials by validating content with product owners and engineers
- Maintain the changelog and polish AI-generated customer release notes for clarity and accuracy
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or strong interest in technical writing
- Familiarity with REST API request and response payloads, status codes, and error responses
- Basic familiarity with Git workflows (branching, committing, pull requests)
- Markdown fluency and willingness to learn MDX components
- Proven ability to interview engineers and create accurate documentation
