Job Summary
Seeking a contract Technical Writer and Content Manager, this fully remote position will manage product documentation, developer resources, and a customer-facing knowledge base while collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather technical details for documentation
- Write and maintain product documentation, including API references and integration guides
- Design and manage the Intellicheck Knowledge Base and Content Architecture
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional technical writing experience in a B2B SaaS or software environment
- Portfolio showcasing developer-facing and end-user-facing content
- Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and RESTful concepts
- Experience with Zendesk or similar knowledge base tools
- Familiarity with ReadMe.io or comparable developer documentation tools is a plus
