Technical Writer for Learning Products

Job Summary

To support the development of high-quality documentation for technical products, the full-time Developer/Technical Writer for Learning Products will create instruction manuals and service guides while collaborating with R&D, support, and marketing teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Determine user needs for technical documentation and gather usability feedback
• Plan, organize, write, and illustrate technical documentation for hardware and software products
• Standardize content across platforms and revise documents as new issues arise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with HFM Learning Products team on Network Analyzers
• Proficient in authoring tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, RoboHelp, and Madcap Flare
• Able to create documentation from design documents and instruments, including procedures and programming
• Excellent teamwork skills and creativity in problem-solving
