Detail-oriented and technically minded, the full-time remote Technical Writer for Xray will create, maintain, and improve user-friendly technical documentation for a test management solution integrated with Jira, while collaborating across brands to ensure consistent documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting articles, for Xray
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate technical information and document workflows within Jira and Xray
- Support cross-brand documentation initiatives and maintain consistent standards across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Experience in creating structured technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs
- Working knowledge of Jira, including its projects, issues, and workflows
- Basic understanding of Xray for Jira and software testing concepts
- Familiarity with documentation tools, such as Confluence or similar platforms
- Ability to organize information using structured content formats
