Technical Writer - Instructional Design
Job Summary
To support client training and enablement, the remote Technical Writer - Instructional Design will develop engaging learning materials and collaborate with subject matter experts to translate SAP processes into accessible content.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather information and document instructional requirements
- Develops training content, including user guides and job aids, aligned with learning objectives for diverse audiences
- Evaluates and updates documentation and training materials based on user feedback and effectiveness reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2-3 years without a Bachelor's degree
- Experience or coursework in instructional design, technical writing, or graphic design
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance
