Job Summary
To support the development of technical learning experiences, the full-time remote Technical Writer & Instructional Designer will create workshops, documentation, and instructional materials focused on AI systems, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy for developer audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop hands-on technical workshops and curriculum for LLMs, APIs, and vector database systems
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API and SDK resources, to support developers
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate content accuracy and improve learning materials based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or developer education
- Proven ability to create hands-on technical workshops and comprehensive documentation for technical audiences
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, APIs, and vector database systems
- Experience reading and explaining code examples in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
- A portfolio showcasing relevant technical writing and instructional materials
