Job Summary
Providing hybrid remote support, the full-time Technical Writing Analyst II will manage technical writing, policy analysis, EEO data support, and documentation development for the Civil Rights Directorate, ensuring compliance and clarity in program materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize technical, programmatic, and policy-related documentation tailored to specific audiences
- Coordinate the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the modernization of the Civil Rights Manual
- Conduct research and analysis to support data pulls and responses to oversight inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, or a related field
- At least two years of specialized and/or relevant experience
- Knowledge of common EEO databases, including EntelliTrak, or ability to quickly learn
- Proficiency with industry-standard documentation tools
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex information into clear written content
