Job Summary

To enhance account operations through technology solutions, the full-time remote Technology Account Management Director will develop and implement strategic technology initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project portfolios to drive optimal business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy to support account operations and align initiatives with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication across teams
• Oversee the technology project portfolio, ensuring proper governance, prioritization, and timely delivery of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, focusing on account operations and data analytics
• Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives and delivering measurable business results
• Experience managing teams within a matrixed organizational structure
• Understanding of data analytics techniques and tools for driving actionable insights
