Technology Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing account and application support to various Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial accounts, the full-time Technology Account Lead will manage IT account operations, deliver 24/7 on-call support for critical issues, and oversee project management for complex business startups in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT account manager, liaising with clients and managing financial reporting, change requests, and requirements gathering
• Deliver 24/7 on-call support for Severity 1 issues, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis
• Manage IT project scope, schedule, and budget for medium to large business startups across multiple IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, or finance, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience
• Five years or more of account management or related experience
• Two years or more of experience in the automotive industry
• Preferred two years or more of experience in logistics or supply chain
• PMI certification is a plus
