Technology Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Technology Analyst will manage vendor administration, risk and compliance, and platform governance while supporting mobile application development and deployment in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee vendor administration and compliance for mobile application tools and services
- Coordinate risk management efforts, including enterprise application registration and technical recovery plans
- Provide operational support for mobile products, ensuring effective issue triage and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console administration
- Working knowledge of Firebase products, including Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring
- Experience navigating risk, legal, and compliance processes, with strong documentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with proactive communication
- Genuine interest in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and AI platforms
