Technology Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Technology Analytics Engineer will partner with technology organizations to analyze operational data, create dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven insights to enhance IT Service Management effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and design reports and dashboards to meet data analytics needs
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for technology and process improvements
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor ITSM and business process performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with ServiceNow and knowledge of its reporting and analytics capabilities
- Experience building complex reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and PowerBI
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and experience with data pipelines and integrations
- Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders while managing competing priorities
