Technology & Analytics Instructor
Job Summary
To support the growth of financial advisors, the full-time remote Technology & Analytics Instructor will design and deliver a curriculum focused on AI, technology, and data integration while managing training analytics and collaborating with various teams to enhance advisor-client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and Innovation teams to stay updated on AI and technology developments relevant to advisor practices
- Translate emerging technologies into actionable learning segments for monthly cohort meetings
- Manage data tracking and reporting for attendance, course completions, and performance metrics, providing insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with learning management systems and data reporting tools
- Ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Background in wealth management or financial services is preferred
