Job Summary
Leading the strategy and performance of the technology partner ecosystem, the full-time salaried VP Technology and Innovation Partners will drive resell bookings, manage partner relationships, and enhance the AI capabilities of the platform while working remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own resell bookings and marketplace revenue, ensuring accountability to the CRO organization
- Develop and execute a partner strategy that enhances the AI-powered people platform and drives growth
- Lead a team of senior leaders to optimize the performance of various technology partnerships, including Microsoft and global payroll partners
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise software with at least 7 years in technology partnerships or ecosystem businesses
- Proven track record of growing partner revenue and scaling SaaS marketplaces
- Direct experience with Microsoft or other hyperscalers, including co-sell programs and marketplace strategies
- Strong commercial judgment with experience in negotiating complex partner agreements
- Familiarity with HCM, payroll, ERP, or related enterprise platform categories
