Technology Architect Assistant Director

Job Summary

Partnering with technology and business teams, the full-time salaried Technology Architect Assistant Director will design and govern the integration of AI into the global Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem, ensuring compliance with security standards and alignment with organizational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance the intelligence and automation capabilities of global IAM platforms
• Define architectural standards and governance models for AI-assisted IAM services across various environments
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on the application of Agentic AI to identity operations and risk reduction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 12+ years of practical IT experience, including 8+ years in Information Security and 6+ years in Identity & Access Management
• 2+ years of experience implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems
• Extensive experience with enterprise IAM platforms and identity analytics
• Proven experience in providing architecture guidance and advisory services for various systems
