Technology Architect Senior Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Technology Architect Senior Analyst will define software and hardware requirements, develop user interface strategies, and conduct impact analyses to enhance system architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability
- Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a predominant contact center platform (AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
