Technology Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance business processes and drive improvements, the full-time Technology Business Analyst will lead discovery sessions, gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, and support Agile delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow projects
- Support Agile delivery processes, managing the product backlog and collaborating with development teams to ensure clear requirements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Business Analysis or related experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or other ServiceNow product suites preferred
- Familiarity with Agile software development environments
- Experience facilitating workshops and supporting deployments
- Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders on medium to large-scale projects
