Technology Consultant - VDC Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting contractors across the United States, the full-time remote Technology Consultant - VDC Specialist will manage Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) modeling, BIM coordination, and consulting services to enhance project delivery through constructible modeling and Autodesk technology adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain constructible BIM models using Autodesk Revit and perform model federation and clash detection with Navisworks Manage
- Support clients in using Autodesk Construction Cloud and assist with project setup, templates, workflows, and troubleshooting
- Provide user coaching, workflow training, and develop standards and documentation for continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or related AECO disciplines
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and experience using Navisworks Manage
- Understanding of construction documents, RFIs, and project workflows
- Experience with MEP or specialty trade modeling and fabrication-level modeling
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM standards creation
