Leading a remote agile software development team, the full-time Manager, Technology Delivery will mentor staff, oversee project delivery, and ensure high-quality software products by providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the software development team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of software projects
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews and quality assurance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Seven years of experience in a software development role or as a subject matter expert
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Three years of resource management experience
- Five years in a senior or subject matter expert position with experience coaching Agile Scrum teams
