Technology Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of technology enablement programs, the full-time remote Technology Enablement Program Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollout, training, and adoption of new technology capabilities across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of technology enablement programs from intake through rollout and adoption
• Build and manage onboarding paths, documentation, training sessions, and support networks
• Define and report on adoption and value metrics, utilizing data to identify friction points and prioritize solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years in program or project management within a technology organization, with at least 2 years in enablement or change-management programs
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs across distributed teams with a focus on timely delivery
• Strong familiarity with modern technology environments, including cloud platforms and SaaS tools
• Experience in building enablement content and measuring adoption through data analysis
