Technology Enablement Vice President
Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of underwriting, operational, and technology transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Technology Enablement Vice President will serve as the primary bridge between underwriting business units and the Data, Analytics & Technology organization, driving evaluation and execution of new technology initiatives while managing a diverse team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of technology transformation initiatives to drive scalability and alignment across functional domains
- Establish and own a structured project governance framework for evaluating new project requests and facilitating executive steering committee reviews
- Translate business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring integration across underwriting, operations, actuarial, and finance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 15+ years in insurance operations or technology enablement/digital transformation leadership
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide portfolios of underwriting and operational transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of underwriting and policy & claims administration systems
- Experience in designing workflows that incorporate AI and Data Science models to enhance operational effectiveness
