Job Summary
Owning operational discipline and delivery tracking across all Engineering teams, the full-time Technology Operations Lead will define Agile methodologies, manage Jira processes, and ensure accountability for delivery commitments while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain standard operating procedures for Agile methodology and Jira usage across Engineering teams
- Track project deliverables and surface blockers early, participating in weekly delivery check-ins to hold teams accountable
- Manage customer-reported issues and maintain a live view of known issues, ensuring clear communication with support and relationship teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in operations or program management, including 2+ years in a lead role
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Salesforce or a comparable case management tool
- Experience defining and tracking SLAs with customers and vendors
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
