Technology Portfolio Management Lead
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, the remote Head of Technology Portfolio Management Lead will establish operating rhythms, manage a multi-year product and technology portfolio, and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery across various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Technology Portfolio Management and Program Office to build capabilities and manage a multi-year portfolio
- Translate business strategy into an integrated portfolio with clear priorities and success measures
- Establish a single view of portfolio health, delivery timelines, and risks across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Significant leadership experience in technology portfolio management or a comparable enterprise delivery function
- Proven record of managing complex, multi-team portfolios in a product-led, digital environment
- Strong command of portfolio planning, investment governance, and delivery operating models
- Experience building and developing teams of technical program managers and cross-functional partners
- Deep fluency with agile and modern product-development practices
