Job Summary
Taking ownership of an in-progress enterprise technology implementation, the part-time Technology Project Manager will assess project status, drive North American deployment, and coordinate global rollouts while working fully remote for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Assess project status, outstanding requirements, risks, and deliverables to develop a practical completion plan
- Coordinate across IT, Finance, HR, and software vendors to resolve system integration and business-process issues
- Manage testing, deployment readiness, and user adoption, while documenting processes and ongoing support requirements
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience managing enterprise technology implementations
- Strong project recovery/remediation experience, particularly with in-progress projects
- Ability to quickly assess complex environments and establish priorities
- Experience managing software vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project planning and risk management capabilities
