Job Summary
To support critical business initiatives, the full-time remote Technology Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, serving as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leveraging expertise to secure top talent across various technology disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT-related positions, from requisition intake to onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop proactive sourcing strategies for specialized candidates
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through various sourcing methods, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical positions
- Knowledge of technical job functions, tools, and terminology
- Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
