Technology Risk Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the identification and management of technology risk across the enterprise, the full-time salaried Technology Risk Management Director will drive a data-driven risk management approach focused on cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and third-party ecosystems while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the Technology Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations
• Deliver data-driven risk insights and reporting to articulate risk posture and emerging risks to senior leadership
• Manage the end-to-end issue lifecycle, ensuring timely remediation of high-risk issues and continuous improvement of control maturity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Audit, or related fields within financial services or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of technology risk domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, and third-party/vendor risk
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
