Job Summary
To support customer success and maximize the value of TeamViewer ONE solutions, the full-time remote Technology Solutions Consultant will bridge presales insights with post-sales adoption strategies, ensuring measurable business outcomes through effective consulting and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Value Engineers to create actionable customer success plans based on Business Value Assessments
- Track customer progress towards outcomes and recommend improvements for value realization
- Provide consulting on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and support customers in achieving operational maturity and proactive IT operations
Required qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and subscription-based software solutions
- Understanding of IT operations, endpoint management, and automation
- Familiarity with Business Value Assessments and value realization methodologies
- Experience in leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into success plans
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams effectively
