Technology Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the reliability and integration of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Technology Solutions Engineer will design API-driven solutions, automate processes, and troubleshoot complex issues while collaborating with business and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical health and production reliability of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations
- Design and maintain integrations and data workflows connecting various enterprise applications and third-party platforms
- Identify and automate inefficient processes to improve accuracy and allow teams to focus on higher-value activities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise applications, or a related technical role
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs and data troubleshooting with SQL
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience troubleshooting issues across interconnected applications and data flows
- Familiarity with incident, problem, release, and change management practices
