Job Summary
Partnering closely with Berkley Technology Services, the full-time remote Technology Talent Acquisition Partner will execute the full life cycle of recruiting, focusing on identifying, engaging, and hiring technology professionals across various disciplines while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies in collaboration with HR and business leaders to meet technology talent needs
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform recruiting strategies and enhance candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of five years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting across various technology disciplines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS
- Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed organization
