Job Summary
To support Berkley Technology Services' technology talent needs, the full-time remote Technology Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring technology professionals across various disciplines and levels.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies for technology positions
- Lead full life cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform recruiting strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of five years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging talent within competitive technology markets
- Experience recruiting across various technology disciplines such as software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS
