Job Summary
To support Berkley Technology Services' technology talent needs, the full-time remote Technology Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring technology professionals across various disciplines and levels.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies for technology positions
- Lead full life cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of five years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology
- Experience recruiting across various technology disciplines such as software development and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
