Technology Team Lead

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership and day-to-day guidance for a team, the full-time Technology Team Lead in Web & Digital Solutions will oversee modern web applications built on the Next.js framework and other platforms, ensuring successful solution delivery and team development in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design discussions, architecture reviews, and establish development standards for enterprise web applications
• Mentor and coach team members, conducting regular meetings to support their development and engagement
• Guide the design, development, and deployment of customer-facing digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or web application development, with 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience mentoring technical teams and providing leadership within a software development environment
• Proficiency in developing enterprise applications using modern web frameworks such as Next.js or similar technologies
• Experience with cloud solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices
