Job Summary
To support a leading global automotive and manufacturing company, the full-time contract Technology Transactions Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, focusing on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and emerging automotive technologies while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology agreements, including SaaS and software licensing contracts
- Support transactions related to in-vehicle infotainment systems and connected vehicle technologies
- Provide practical legal guidance to global stakeholders on technology transactions and commercial risks
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
- 7+ years of legal experience in technology transactions and software licensing
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts
- Strong understanding of SaaS agreements and related commercial considerations
- Ability to manage legal and commercial risks in technology transactions
