Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented full-time Telecom Disputes Analyst to work remotely, who will investigate and analyze telecom-related disputes, manage complex cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes by reviewing billing records and supporting documentation
  • Analyze CABS invoices and access charges to determine dispute validity and financial impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare detailed case summaries and financial analyses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent telecom experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with CABS, including analysis of carrier invoices and access charges
  • Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements
  • 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution, telecom billing analysis, or intercarrier operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
