Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented full-time Telecom Disputes Analyst to work remotely, who will investigate and analyze telecom-related disputes, manage complex cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes by reviewing billing records and supporting documentation
- Analyze CABS invoices and access charges to determine dispute validity and financial impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare detailed case summaries and financial analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent telecom experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CABS, including analysis of carrier invoices and access charges
- Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements
- 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution, telecom billing analysis, or intercarrier operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
