Telecom Engineer
Job Summary
Providing frontline support for NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms, the full-time remote Telecom Engineer will resolve technical issues, maintain telecom workflows, and assist with call flow design and implementation while collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for user access, call quality, and device configuration issues within RingCentral and NICE CXone environments
- Provision and manage user accounts and system configurations, monitoring platform health and performance
- Assist in the development and documentation of call flows and maintain accurate support documentation for operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT or telecom support roles
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms
- Familiarity with IVRs, call routing, and basic telecom workflows
- Exposure to scripting or workflow tools, preferably CXone Studio
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
