Telecom Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

To support cost control and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Telecom Inventory Specialist will manage and maintain accurate inventories of telecommunications assets and services, ensuring data alignment with carrier records and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized telecom inventory, performing regular audits and reconciliations
• Support billing validation by ensuring invoices match active inventory and managing contract expirations
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve inventory discrepancies and prepare necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or a related field
• Knowledge of telecom lifecycle (Voice & Data) and TEM systems
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to manage high volume data accurately and conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies
