Telecom Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational health of the telecom partner ecosystem, the full-time Telecom Operations Lead will manage relationships with vendors and carriers, optimize telecom costs, and drive compliance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with telecom vendors, ensuring performance and accountability
• Analyze telecom cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction through optimization and negotiations
• Coordinate compliance with telecom regulations and translate requirements into actionable tasks for various teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in telecom operations, carrier partnerships, or vendor management
• Strong understanding of telecom cost structures and financial analysis
• Knowledge of telecom regulations including STIR/SHAKEN, CALEA, and FCC requirements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
